Guest Post - Naan + Za’atar Pizza
Hello all, today’s post is a guest post on This American Bite. I am guest posting on Yosef’s blog for the second time now - he was sweet enough to invite me for the second time.
Just like the last time I have done a vegan dish for his blog which turned out to be delicious. I was trying to come up with something where I could fuse two cuisines that make my culinary background - Middle Eastern & Indian….and I should say I was very happy with the results. This recipe is healthy, delicious, easy and did I say delicious?
So head over to Yosef’s blog for more photos ans recipes. Enjoy!

It looks very good and very summer-y, if I can say that
I love that pizza wheel! I love using za’atar on flat breads at BBQs, that drizzle of tahini makes it look sooo good! I love all those bright colours too

Thanks Emily - its perfect for the summers, since there is no cheese in it…it wont go bad as quickly. Good for road trips and picnics or any other outdorsy activity.
I love naan and za’atar so am definitely going to try this. Thanks for the inspiration. Always wanted to try making my own naan.
It was my first attempt at making naan myself. I found many variation of the recipe from different sources and realized that it does not need too many ingridients and is fairly simple. I hope you like this naan recipe.
Reblogged this on freedomveg.
This looks delicious!
This is my favorite, my mum always makes this, it’s even better with feta cheese!
