Flourless Chocolate Cake
Since there is no flour in this cake, it doesn’t rise and is a very rich and dense cake with beautiful chocolate flavor. Pair it with a nice vanilla sauce with some candied almonds or just the cake with coffee…yumm!
It calls for more eggs than a regular cake so its really moist, therefore you don’t need any kind of frosting on it- saves on some extra sugar. I added some coffee to the cake batter to enhance the chocolate flavor. Since it does not require a lot of ingredients its important to use good quality/nice tasting cocoa and chocolate, it makes all the difference.
